Publishing Policy

The journal implements an open access policy, the essence of which is as follows: “Open access publications on the Internet that can be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, or linked to full texts of corresponding articles; used to create indices; input as data into software; or used for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inherent to accessing the Internet itself.”
